- Sub-partners connected with you, should get everything pre-approved before promoting the offers anywhere.
- Any SMS/Email/Bulk communication/Social media communication must be shared with us on a prior basis.
- Cashback related information must be properly communicated to the users without using any confusing words.
- Any changes in the credit card's details: fees, features etc. should be made with immediate effect without any delay from time to time.
- No miscommunication related to cashback, card details should be made just to attract applicants.
- Any penalty imposed on us by the bank due to your miscommunication with the customers has to be taken care by you. We would not be responsible in that case.
Payout is not applicable on Multi-account case - A multi-account case in credit cards typically refers to a situation where multiple credit card accounts are associated with the same individual or business.
ETB Case Application: Customers must apply using the same phone number linked to their existing Axis Bank relationships (e.g., bank account, FD). Applications with a different number will be rejected.
Bureau Score Criteria: A minimum bureau score of 736 is required. NTC (New to Credit / -1 CIBIL) applications are not allowed.
Customer should use Aadhar linked mobile number only to apply for credit cards.
VKYC done over 50km from your Aadhaar/communication address will result in application rejection and loss of commission
